Oriau Agor
Fel elusen annibynnol fach, rydyn ni’n gwbl ddibynnol ar wirfoddolwyr i agor yr amgueddfa. Am y rheswm hwn mae ein horiau agor yn gyfyngedig ac ni fyddwn ar agor yn ystod yr holl oriau y bydd trenau’n teithio ar Reilffordd Tal-y-llyn.
Bydd yr amgueddfa ar agor ar ddyddiau pan fydd trenau cyhoeddus yn teithio’n unig. Os hoffech ymweld â’r amgueddfa ar ddyddiadau eraill, cysylltwch â’r curadur drwy ebost ac fe geisiwn ni drefnu dyddiad addas i chi ymweld.
Mynediad
Mae mynediad am ddim i’r amgueddfa. Rydyn ni’n hollol ddibynnol ar roddion gan ein hymwelwyr, ac mae blychau cyfrannu ar gael os hoffech ddangos eich gwerthfawrogiad. Nid ydym yn derbyn unrhyw gyllid yn uniongyrchol gan Reilffordd Tal-y-llyn.
Parcio Ceir
Gellir parcio ym maes parcio Cyngor Tref, sy’n hawdd cerdded ato o orsaf y Lanfa, Tywyn.
Lluniaeth a Siop
Mae Caffi Trwyddedig King’s a Siop y Rheilffordd i’w gweld nesaf at yr amgueddfa yng ngorsaf y Lanfa, Tywyn. Ceir manylion llawn am y rhain, ynghyd â’u horiau agor, ar wefan Rheilffordd Tal-y-llyn.
Toiledau
Ceir toiledau, gan gynnwys toiled gwbl hygyrch, ar orsaf y Lanfa Tywyn.
Lifft
Mae dau lawr yn yr amgueddfa. Mae lifft ar gael i’r rheini sy’n cael anhawster gyda grisiau.
Finding Us
The museum is located at the Wharf Station of the Talyllyn Railway, in Tywyn, Gwynedd, Wales, United Kingdom.
Opening Times
As a small independent charity, we rely entirely on volunteers to open the museum. For this reason our opening times are limited and will not cover all the hours that trains are running on the Talyllyn Railway.
The museum will only be open on days that public trains are running. If you wish to visit the museum on other dates, please contact the curator by email and we will try to arrange a suitable date for a visit.
Admission
Free of charge. We are entirely reliant on donations from our visitors, and donation boxes are available should you wish to show your appreciation. We do not receive any direct funding from the Talyllyn Railway.
Car Parking
Parking is available at the Town Council car park, a short walk from Tywyn Wharf station.
Refreshments & Shop
King’s Licensed Café & the Railway Shop are located adjacent to the museum at Tywyn Wharf station. Full details of these, and their opening hours, are shown on the Talyllyn Railway website.
Toilets
Toilets, including a fully accessible toilet, are available at Tywyn Wharf station.
Lift
The museum has two floors. A lift is available for those unable to easily manage the stairs.
